Presenting its Fintech rankings, Forbes writes that according to a research by Accenture, worldwide, $27.4 billion poured into fintech startups in 2017.

With so much to play, including the cryptocurrencies hype and the role of technology in disrupting financial services, it is not suprising that 22 companies out of 50 are new to the third edition of The Forbes Fintech 50 For 2018, Forbes claims.
