PrimaryBid Recognized as Crowdfunding Platform of the Year

PrimaryBid, a London-based crowdfunding platform which connects publicly-listed companies with everyday retail investors, won the Altfi 2019 Award as the crowdfunding platform of the year.

With £65 million raised across 48 deals, the platform has created a centralised infrastructure necessary to connect listed companies with everyday investors to enhance the capital formation process.

Co-founded by two Durham University Alumni, James Deal and Keiran D’Silva, the company is one of the latest 23 fintech startups to join Tech Nation’s growth programme.
